Dan Artusi

Dan Artusi is an Operating Executive with Golden Gate Capital focused on semiconductor and communications investment opportunities. Mr. Artusi, has more than 30 years of experience in the semiconductor and communications industries. Prior to joining Golden Gate Capital, Mr. Artusi was formerly CEO and board member of Conexant Systems, Inc., a communications solutions semiconductor company. Previously, Mr. Artusi was chairman and CEO of Coldwatt, Inc., a provider of power supplies for the communications and computing industries. He has also served as president, CEO and director of Silicon Laboratories, a leading developer of mixed signal integrated circuits and spent more than 20 years in various senior management roles at Motorola Semiconductor. Mr. Artusi currently serves as a board member of Lantiq, Conexant (both Golden Gate Capital portfolio companies), Energy Micro AS and Scintera Networks, Inc.



Neale Attenborough

Neale Attenborough is an Operating Partner with Golden Gate Capital, which he joined in 2011. At Golden Gate Capital Mr. Attenborough focuses on the consumer products, retail and restaurant sectors. Prior to Golden Gate Capital, Neale served as the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Orchard Brands (a retailer and direct marketer of apparel and home goods) since November 2005 and as Chairman of the Board of J Jill since July 2009. Prior to that, Neale served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Appleseed’s since 2001. From 1998 through 2001, Mr. Attenborough was a Partner at Westways Ventures, an operating venture partnership focused on the consumer and health care sectors (during which time he also served as CEO of Medpearl, Inc and co-founded Physician’s Dialysis LLC). Before Westways Ventures, Neale held general management and senior marketing roles at Genesco, Boston Whaler and Northstar Navigation Technologies and he began his career in brand management at Procter & Gamble with various assignments in the United States and Europe. Mr. Attenborough has an M.B.A. with distinction from Harvard Business School and a B.A. in Economics with High Honors from the University of Michigan.



Gene Becker

Gene Becker is an Operating Executive with Golden Gate Capital focused on insurance and specialty finance investment opportunities. Prior to joining Golden Gate Capital, Mr. Becker was formerly Chief Executive Officer of American Bankers Insurance Company and also American Bankers Life Assurance Company.



Stewart M. Bloom

Stew Bloom is an Operating Executive with Golden Gate Capital. He serves as a board member to Lawson Software and senior advisor to investments principally in the software and professional services sectors. Previously, Mr. Bloom was CEO for Escalate Retail (a Golden Gate company) from its inception through the recent transaction to merge Escalate with supply chain solution provider RedPrairie. Prior to Escalate, he held positions as CEO for GERS Retail Systems, as Vice President, Americas Technology Services for Capgemini, and as Senior Vice President for Mainspring, joining prior to its IPO and subsequent acquisition by IBM. Earlier, Mr. Bloom was a Partner with Ernst & Young Management Consulting following E&Y’s acquisition of DSSI, where he was Vice President and co-founder. Mr. Bloom currently serves on the Business Advisory Council for the College of Business Administration at Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles where he co-chairs the Career Development committee.



Papken Der Torossian

Papken Der Torossian is an Operating Executive with Golden Gate Capital focused on semiconductor device and capital equipment related investment opportunities. Prior to joining Golden Gate Capital, Mr. Der Torossian was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Silicon Valley Group (SVGI), a leading supplier of advanced lithography equipment which was acquired by ASML Holding N.V. He currently serves as a director of several public and private boards and as an advisor for two technical universities.



Sean Feeney

Sean Feeney is Chief Executive Officer of Critigen, a Golden Gate Capital portfolio company. Prior to joining Critigen, Mr. Feeney was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Inovis, Inc, a Golden Gate Capital portfolio company that merged with GXS in June, 2010. Prior to Inovis, he was an Executive Vice President at Checkfree (now Fiserv), serving as the President of Checkfree Software, GM of American Payments and EVP of Sales. Earlier in his career, Mr. Feeney served as the Chief Operating Officer of Clarus, CEO of clickandmove.com and VP of Sales at D&B Software and Sales Technologies. Mr. Feeney attended the U.S. Military Academy at West Point earning a B.S. degree in Engineering. After West Point, he served in the army for six years.



James D. Foy

Jim Foy is President and Chief Executive Officer of Aspect Software, a leading provider of contact center solutions and a Golden Gate Capital portfolio company. Prior to his current role at Aspect, he served as President of Informix Software, a global enterprise software company with more than $750 million in revenue. He was also previously Executive Vice President of Engineering at Ardent Software; the Founder, President and CEO of Constellation Software; and as Director of Research and Development at Prime Computer. While at Prime, he was also a member of the board of directors of X/Open and Unix International.



Jai Hakhu

Dr. Jai Hakhu is an Operating Executive with Golden Gate Capital on Semiconductor related investment opportunities and also serves as President of Vistec. Dr. Hakhu is also President and CEO of R.C. International. Prior to joining Golden Gate Capital, Dr Hakhu was Corporate Vice President & General Manager at Intel Corporation and Vice President at Rockwell International.



Robert Kirby

Robert Kirby is an operating partner with Golden Gate Capital. Mr. Kirby was previously CEO of Vi-Jon, a leading private label manufacturer in the personal care market. Prior to this Mr. Kirby was CEO of Accellent, a leading contract manufacturer in the medical device market. Earlier in Mr. Kirby’s career, he was a GM and led R&D, Global Manufacturing & Supply Chain at large cap companies, including Johnson & Johnson, Kimberly Clark and Fort James. Mr. Kirby has broad based experience in Consumer Personal Care, OTC and Medical Devices. During his 30 year career he has led large scale and complex integrations of acquisitions, implemented lean processes and driven rapid, positive change.



Christopher B. Munday

Chris is an Operating Partner with Golden Gate Capital primarily focused on investment opportunities in the Direct Sales, Telecom, Marketing and Security sectors. He has served as Chairman and CEO of several key Golden Gate companies and currently serves as both Chairman and board member across multiple portfolio channels. Chris holds a Diploma in Marketing, a Bachelor of Arts Degree and a MBA in Business. In addition to his roles as CEO, President and Managing Director in the Paper, Apparel, Security and Telecom industries, he has also served as a Board member, Consultant and key Advisor to numerous organizations globally.



Kevin O'Meara

Kevin O'Meara is an Operating Executive with Golden Gate Capital focused on investment opportunities in building products. Prior to joining Golden Gate Capital, Mr. O'Meara was the President and Chief Operating Officer of Builders FirstSource, Inc., a manufacturer and distributor of structural building materials which he co-founded in 1997 and built to a revenue peak of $2.4 billion. Prior to Builders FirstSource, Mr. O'Meara was the Vice President, Strategic Planning and Business Development at building materials manufacturer Fibreboard Corporation and, prior thereto, he was a strategy consultant at Bain & Company. Earlier in his career, he was an associate at two private investment firms, Hicks, Muse, Tate & Furst and The Sterling Group, where he engaged in a number of leveraged buyouts across a spectrum of industrial, consumer products and distribution related companies. Mr. O'Meara, a C.P.A., holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.A. in Economics and a B.B.A. in Accounting from Southern Methodist University (where he graduated first in his class).



John Percival

John Percival is the European representative for Golden Gate Capital. He has an extensive 30-plus year professional international background in principal investing, investment banking and operations. During the course of his career he has held the CEO position of Essex Financial, formerly the leading issuer of industrial development bonds off Wall Street (in excess of $10 billion for investment grade clients, e.g. Exxon, United Technologies, Textron), which was ultimately acquired by Solomon Smith Barney. He led the investment of $15 million into Loyalty Management Group, NV where he was a shareholder, which was the operator of the British Airways customer loyalty program, AirMiles and was sold 6 years later for 30 times the original investment. Early in his career he held a senior financial position in international finance with Reynolds Metals Company, at the time a Fortune 100 company and began his career in international tax with Arthur Andersen & Company. He has served on the boards of publicly listed (NYSE) and privately held companies. He was also an initial shareholder in Pluto Technologies, a leading digital video storage device manufacturer in which Microsoft acquired a 20% stake and was later merged in an all-stock transaction with Avid Technologies. He has led and/or co-invested in over 20 principal transactions in the past 15 years. He has resided in Europe since 2001 and maintains his principal residence in London and a part-time residence in Munich and travels extensively throughout Europe on behalf of Golden Gate.



James Schaper

Jim Schaper is an Operating Executive with Golden Gate Capital focused on investment opportunities in software and IT services. He is Chairman and former CEO of Infor, a global provider of enterprise software solutions and a Golden Gate Capital portfolio company. He also serves as a board member to Lawson and Attachmate. Prior to his current role, Mr. Schaper Chairman, President, and CEO of Primis Inc., a leading provider of web based property information services to the financial services industry. He was also previously Executive Vice President and COO of Per-Se Technologies and President and CEO of Dun and Bradstreet Software.



Charles Shaver

Charlie Shaver is an Operating Executive with Golden Gate Capital focused on opportunities in the chemicals sector. Prior to joining Golden Gate, Mr. Shaver served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of the TPC Group, Inc. from 2004 to 2011, as a Vice President and General Manager for Gentek and as the Vice President and General Manager for Arch Chemicals. Mr. Shaver began his career with Dow Chemical, where he spent more than 15 years and held a series of operational and business positions. Mr. Shaver earned his B.S. in chemical engineering from Texas A&M University.
